This fall, join us for a retreat into the beautiful, secluded coastal area of Mexico. This retreat is an opportunity to be nurtured by nature and the creative process, away from the stresses of daily life.

Lisa Ezzard, who teaches African Dance here at the Center, will be co-leading the retreat along with Gabriela Flores, a naturalist and owner of the Center in Baja. Ellen Speert will be leading expressive arts experiences each day which will enhance a sense of well being and playfulness as well as deepen self awareness.
