Please join us in celebrating our deep connection with the natural world through movement, mandalas and creating earth art to enhance harmony in our lives.

In the morning, Michelle Matisse (http://www.Princepetta.com) will lead us in gentle movement to guide us into deeper connection with our bodies.  We will then paint simple mandalas to explore this theme of harmony.

In the afternoon, join Andres (http://www.andresamadorarts.com) in creating ephemeral art on the beach, sending forth our prayers and washing away our blocks to the incoming tide.

This workshop will begin at the Center for Creative Renewal but end at the beach. (Location will be sent to you when you register.) Andres’ workshops are very popular and space is limited.
