Art, Sound, and Words: Exploring Your Inner World is a half-day immersive retreat designed to awaken your creative spirit and deepen your connection to your inner self. Guided by three master facilitators—renowned sound healer Diane Mandle, award-winning author and writing coach Cherie Kephart, and Expressive Arts Therapist and founder of the California Center for Creative Renewal, Ellen Speert—this unique offering weaves together sacred sound, intuitive writing, and nature-inspired art.

Participants will experience the vibrational power of Tibetan bowls and gongs, a journey into expressive and intuitive writing, and visual art creation. Through guided and collaborative creative exploration, you’ll connect with your authentic voice and inner wisdom. Whether you are a seasoned creative or simply curious, this day of soulful expression promises inspiration, healing, and joy.

Offered by donation (suggested donation $25 to $50), this intimate gathering is a preview of a larger retreat, giving you a chance to explore the transformational synergy of sound, art, and words in a welcoming and supportive environment.
