Please join us for a quiet day of sitting meditation and reflection in the gardens. There will also be time for guided art making or journaling. In these times media is using sophisticated algorithms to target our nervous systems for agitation. In this day together we will practice ways to balance our inner need for calm and peace, with our wish to be of benefit to others and the world. We will seek to be voices for sanity and compassion, while also caring for our bodies and minds.

Please bring lunch, a journal, and any cushions and mats for sitting meditation. Chairs will also be provided.

All proceeds go to a sand mandala creation by the monks of Gaden Shartse Monastery.

Offered by donation (suggested donation $25 to $50).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted up to 1 week prior to event. A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply, and will be deducted from your refund. No cancellations are accepted less than 1 week prior to event.
